AnthiaX was founded in 2025 by Carly Anthia, following over a decade working hands-on with enterprise systems across multiple industries.
What began as deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform grew into a broader mission:
To build real systems that actually run in the real world, not just prototypes, advice decks, or theoretical architectures.

With over a decade of experience designing and delivering real-world systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and modern automation tools, Carly has built AnthiaX around one simple belief: technology should make work smarter — not harder.
Her background spans hands-on delivery, system architecture, and platform design across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. That experience shapes how AnthiaX operates today: practical, delivery-led, and focused on systems that actually get used.
Carly leads AnthiaX with an automation-first mindset, a strong emphasis on quality and sustainability, and a refusal to over-engineer solutions that don’t need it.
