Project Melissa - Let's Restore Jamaica
Hurricane Melissa has devastated communities across the region, leaving families without shelter, food, or essentials. Our mission is to deliver urgent relief and help families begin rebuilding their lives.
On Tuesday 28th October 2025, Hurricane Melissa made landfall on Jamaica's west coast with unprecedented force, bringing powerful winds, heavy rainfall, and widespread flooding that displaced hundreds of families overnight. Entire neighbourhoods have been left without electricity, clean water, or access to basic resources, and many homes have been severely damaged or destroyed.
The AnthiaX Relief Initiative has launched Project Melissa to provide immediate and ongoing support to the families most affected by the storm. Our teams are working tirelessly to deliver emergency supplies including food, clean water, hygiene kits, bedding, and baby essentials. We are also supporting local partners to help restore access to safe shelter and vital community services.
Every contribution—whether as little as £5, or an amount of your choice — goes directly toward emergency care packages, temporary housing support, and community-driven recovery efforts.
As part of Project Melissa’s rebuild phase, we are also partnering with local licensed building contractors to help assess structural damage, stabilise unsafe homes, and begin essential repairs. These collaborations ensure that families receive fast, reliable support from certified professionals within their own communities.
All donations are processed securely through Stripe, and all funds are used transparently to deliver real, measurable impact.
Your support today helps families facing unimaginable challenges find safety, dignity, and hope. Together, we can restore stability and help these communities begin rebuilding after Hurricane Melissa.
Thank you for standing with us at a time when every act of kindness makes a difference.
