"Let us introduce ourselves..."
We are AnthiaX Ltd - a modern homegrown software company incorporated out of a love for all things automation and a true digital passion to improve the lives of others through technology.
Where it all began
AnthiaX was founded in June 2025 by Carly Anthia, who has spent the last decade in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform space as a seasoned low code developer and system integration and configuration expert.
Carly - The Girl Boss behind the Business
Carly Anthia - who's full name is Carlene Anthia McCalla, was born in Enfield, London (Middlesex), and is a true Londoner at heart who moved up North to Sheffield at the age of 10, where she completed secondary school and college in the Firth Park area of Sheffield.
Carly studied Business, English Linguistics and Spanish at A-Level, before being offered a place at Coventry University to study Business Management, where she graduated in 2014 with a 2:1 (Upper second class with honours).
After graduating from University, Carly spent the first few years of her career in Property Lettings Management, as she always had a love for houses and TV shows such as Homes Under the Hammer starring Lucy Alexander, A Place in the Sun with Amanda lamb as the host, and Escape to the Country presented by Denise Nurse. Notable property companies that Carly worked for include Haart Estate Agents, Sequence (UK) Ltd (Part of Connells Group) and Purplebricks Group PLC - where she was first exposed to CRM technology by using Veco Property Management Software and the PropCo UK Lettings Software Platform.
Carly then completed a 6 month Graduate Programme as an Associate Business Consultant for Vitality Health Ltd and a further 6 month Graduate scheme at a small Car Leasing firm in Wolverhampton, selling Personal Contract Hire (PCH) and Business Contract Hire (BCH) vehicles, where her favourite part of the job was uploading leads to the CRM database instead of selling cars!
After slowly growing fed up of hard sales environments, Carly rolled the dice one last time by spending just under a year at a global Recruitment Sourcing company in Birmingham, sourcing candidates around the UK for roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone and IQVIA. Once again, her favourite part of the role was the software. The company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) utilised Salesforce Cloud Software, and she enjoyed formatting candidate CVs so that the system could parse the details correctly. One day, her laptop stopped working, and she spent 15 minutes troubleshooting the problem. Her boss at the time told her to call IT, but she stubbornly said that she was trying the steps that IT had told her the first time. The boss then raised his voice and yelled, "BUT YOU'RE NOT IT!!" That was the final straw for Carly, and a few months later, she left corporate recruitment and moved back to Sheffield to start a new career.
After returning to Sheffield, Carly spent a short time working for a small Graduate Recruitment consultancy with the transferrable skills she had gained prior, sourcing candidates for the RISE Sheffield project to help undergraduate students find work with local employers until she got back on her feet.
The turning point came around in 2018, when Carly finally quit sales and recruitment for good, and was offered a Technical Support role at TES Global (Education Magazine), providing Salesforce and Citrix support for global educators around the world. This is where the journey began, and just under a year later, Carly was working in a fully fledged IT role at PeoplePlus UK, supporting a Government Funded Ministry of Justice project to help educate minor offenders in HMP prison sites across the UK in readiness for their release back into society for the greater good. This was also Carly's first exposure to managing and configuring multiple SaaS systems, and where she began her journey with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Since that pivotal moment, Carly has worked her way up from Applications Support to an Expert Consultant and Business Leader today.
Along the journey and on the back of the COVID pandemic in 2020, Carly solidified her journey in the technology space by studying a Post Graduate Certificate in Computer Science at the University of York, graduating successfully in July 2022. Carly also holds an ITIL® 4 Foundation - IT Service Management Certification and from 2022 to date has completed 7 official Microsoft Certifications including Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600).
Onwards and upwards and fast forward to the present day, Carly has incorporated all of those experiences into one single entity.

"AnthiaX - Building a Legacy"
AnthiaX Ltd is a reflection of Carly’s belief that technology should be approachable, empowering, and built with empathy. She has seen first hand how business processes work across multiple sectors in companies both large and small, and feels empowered to drive what initially began as a CRM consultancy focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, into a modern, multi-branch company united by a single purpose: to use innovation as a force for good.
Today, AnthiaX brings together technology, property, and humanitarian initiatives under one roof — delivering intelligent digital solutions, driving progress in Jamaica’s real estate market, and supporting disaster relief efforts through AnthiaX Relief. At its core, AnthiaX exists to make technology and innovation accessible to everyone, no matter their background or industry.
The AnthiaX Group
AnthiaX Ltd operates as the parent company to three distinct yet connected divisions — AnthiaX Technology, Jamaican Property Hub, and AnthiaX Relief. Each branch plays a vital role in the company’s wider mission to innovate, create, and give back.

AnthiaX Relief - Where technology meets humanity through innovation
Our humanitarian armfocuses on fundraising and community support projects, beginning with aid for those affected by Hurricane Melissa. Together, these branches embody the heart of AnthiaX — a company that blends technology, innovation, and compassion to make meaningful impact.
More Than Technology
AnthiaX exists at the intersection of innovation and impact. Our journey has always been about more than software — it’s about people, ideas, and progress. By uniting technology, creativity, and compassion, we’re building something bigger than business: a legacy of meaningful change through digital innovation.
