*Ongoing support package varies by hours and response time tiers:
💼 Tier 1 (Starter) - £250/month - Up to 3 hours/month, email support, 3-5 day turnaround.
⚙️ Tier 2 (Standard) - £450/month - Up to 6 hours/month, priority email, 2-3 day turnaround.
🚀 Tier 3 (Premium) - £750/month - Up to 10 hours/month, same day response, 1x Zoom or Microsoft Teams session included.
Note: Unused hours do not roll over, but clients can top up on demand at £100/hour.
